  • What happens if a product that I order is out of stock?
    We endeavour to ensure that we've got enough stock to meet demand. From time to time, we may experiences stock shortages due to supply issues or delays in delivery. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to advise an estimated arrival date. Alternatively, we will offer you a full refund for the product that is out of stock.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to the Greater Sydney region, including the Northern Beaches and Campbelltown. Shipping is $40 and typically takes 2 business days. Please note, certain deliveries may take longer, depending on stock and truck availability.
  • Can I pick-up my order?
    You sure can! Our warehouse is located at Unit 2, 6-10 Yatala Rd, Mount Kuring-gai NSW 2080 and you can pick up orders from Monday - Friday between 6:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
  • Can I see a product before placing an online order?
    If you'd like to view a product in person before committing to a purchase, you can visit our warehouse at Unit 2, 6-10 Yatala Rd, Mount Kuring-gai NSW 2080. We're open from Monday - Friday between 5:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • Can I return a product that I ordered online?
    You can read our refund and exchange policies here.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    If you'd like to make an online purchase, you can pay with PayPal. We only accept cash for in-store purchases.
