Your order becomes effective once you click “Place Order” on the checkout page of this website. You cannot cancel an order on the website after clicking “Place Order”.

If you select delivery at checkout, you must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the goods. The delivery price will be shown at checkout.

We accept no liability for the costs associated with ordering an incorrect product. We may offer a refund (in accordance with our refund policy) however, we will not be liable for the cost of the redelivery, nor will we pick-up incorrectly ordered products.

It is your responsibility to notify Sydney Roof & Building Supplies (prior to delivery) if there are any safety hazards or obstacles that may prevent or hinder delivery. Failure to do so may result in the delivery driver being unable to complete the delivery. We accept no liability for the cost of a re-delivery under these circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered.
